The aluminum core provides strength and necessary heat sinking for the high-powered LED. The ABS body adds resilience and shock resistance. The ABS is over-molded with Stealth Rubber, which provides excellent grip even when wet or greasy. Stealth Rubber is extremely durable and non-conductive. It allows safe working at sub-zero temperatures. The stealth finish is non-reflective for military and law enforcement applications. The Lightwave Infiniton C1 uses 3 C-cell size batteries.
